THE COMPANY
bexio is a SaaS, B2B-focused organization that produces software for small businesses. The “single-source” software delivers solutions for freelancers, small companies, and other outlets for easier business administration, customer management and order processing.
bexio is a 100 person company with an impressive growth record over the past 5 years.
We were a startup
, Matthew Brandt, the Lead Digital Analyst at bexio, says. We made a successful exit last year after being acquired by a Swiss insurance company, and we are still operating independently.
It’s a company consistently praised by clients and customers; bexio has outstanding Google rankings. It is rated 4.6 out of 5 stars as a result of 396 customer reviews.
THE NEED
As the company grew, bexio could not properly scale their back office capability to support the expansion. They turned to Integrate.io to help with data integration for analysis and access in the organization.
bexio’s challenge was twofold. The first, and most important, need was to integrate customer data into their Intercom account. bexio lacked the ability to bring in this business-critical data prior to enlisting Integrate.io. As a secondary need, bexio looked to increase business efficiency through their use of Integrate.io.
Your support is amazing, and this is something that you cannot highlight enough.
Matthew Brandt
Lead Digital Analyst
As the bexio model is heavily focuses on sales, customer support, and marketing, they brought in Integrate.io’s expertise to optimize their data throughout the other, back-end aspects of their company.
The extra spark for Integrate.io came as the company moved to use Salesforce for its sales efforts.
Obviously, for an organization of our size to move to Salesforce is considerable
, Brandt says. The idea was to bring all the email volume and the conversation into Intercom, and handle all the sales cycle and pipeline management in everything in Salesforce. We made a huge concept for that.
Then, we said For that, we need to power these two systems with data, and what's the easiest way to do that?
Integrate.io.
THE RESULT
With Integrate.io, bexio was able to improve their data insights and facilitate their continued company growth.. This was done through these steps:
- Seamless integration into Intercom and Salesforce
- Back-office data integration
The defining features of this project for the bexio team included:
-
Integrate.io’s unparalleled support team. As Brandt says:Your support is amazing, and this is something that you cannot highlight enough - every other tool on the market, they do not have live chat support
, Brandt says. It's super, super valuable to have that direct contact within the app with when you're configuring the pipeline or when you're trying to conceptualize something, and you just need one or two pieces of feedback about something. It's very, very helpful to have that.
-
Integrate.io’s ability to scale with bexio as the requirements develop. For bexio, Integrate.io has exceeded their initial expectations of the product. He explained how many monthly or annual plans eventually lose use or want, but with Integrate.io it’s the opposite. He sees the benefit of having Integrate.io and looks forward to continued use of the platform in the future. Brandt says, We have fulfilled the use case that we originally set out to deliver, and I think that it can expand beyond that to other cases and other projects.
