Our standard onboarding lasts 30 days and is designed to set you up for long-term success. You’ll continue working with the same dedicated Solutions Engineer who supported you during your pilot evaluation phase, ensuring a seamless transition into production. Their goal is to get you as knowledgeable about the platform as we are fast and to help you get your pipelines into production as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We also offer extended onboarding options for companies or use cases that require more hands-on support. That said, the vast majority of our customers are fully up to speed and self-sufficient by the end of the initial 30-day onboarding.
